My name is Fred. I've spent more than 15 years inside the world of finance — the kind where every key decision is stress-tested, risk is quantified, and no decision gets made on gut feeling alone.

I'm CPA-qualified, and I built my own property portfolio using the same rigorous frameworks I now bring to my clients. I started this practice because I kept seeing the same thing: the quality of advice most investors were getting didn't come close to matching the size of the decisions they were making. That felt wrong to me. So I set out to change it.

Most of the property industry is not set up to protect the buyer. Developer commissions, referral arrangements, sales targets — the advice you get is shaped by all of it, whether you know it or not.

Do you work nationally?
Yes. We follow the data, not the postcode. Current market focus is shared on your strategy call — it changes as conditions change.
How is this different from a standard buyer's agent?
Most buyer's agents search and negotiate. We model every property financially before inspecting it. The process is closer to institutional due diligence than traditional property search.
Why a fixed fee?
Because percentage fees create a conflict. The more you spend, the more a percentage-based agent earns. We removed the conflict entirely — our fee is the same regardless of purchase price.
Do I need to be in the same city as you?
No. Most of our client communication is remote. Our field acquisition network operates on the ground in key markets nationally.
What if I'm not ready to buy yet?
